With extensive experience in both NHS and private dentistry, Jyoti has built a reputation for delivering beautiful, natural results while ensuring patients feel calm and confident in her care. She takes time to listen, understand each patient’s goals, and create thoughtful, bespoke treatment plans that prioritise long-term oral health.

Her special interests include Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry, and preventive care, helping patients achieve smiles that look and feel their best.

Outside the clinic, Jyoti enjoys spending time with her family and dog, keeping active at the gym, and finding inspiration in interior design and wellbeing — values reflected in the calm, welcoming environment she has created at Southwell Dental Care.

She graduated from the Medical Faculty of TU Dresden, Germany, where she completed her Dentistry degree at Carl Gustav Carus University Hospital.

With over four years of experience across preventive, restorative, cosmetic, and surgical dentistry, Rawand takes pride in providing treatments that combine precision, comfort, and long-term oral health. She has a particular interest in endodontics (root canal treatments) and is committed to continuous learning, having completed advanced training in Endodontics, CEREC 3D, ClearCorrect, and CBCT imaging.

Her calm and friendly manner helps patients feel relaxed and cared for — she believes that every dental visit should be a positive experience built on trust and understanding.

Outside of dentistry, Rawand enjoys spending time with her dog, Dante, exploring the outdoors, and staying active. Her compassion and dedication extend beyond the clinic — she brings warmth, empathy, and attention to detail to everything she does.

He graduated with Honours in Dentistry (BDS Hons)from the University of Birmingham, one of the UK’s leading dental schools.

Tayyib has a special interest in implant and restorative dentistry and recently completed his Postgraduate Diploma in Implant Dentistry with the British Academy of Implant and Restorative Dentistry (BAIRD), finishing top of his cohort. He has also completed Clear Aligner training with 32Co, enabling him to offer patients minimally invasive, aesthetic smile solutions.

Known for his calm, professional manner and commitment to excellence, Tayyib strives to make every visit a comfortable and positive experience for his patients.

Outside of dentistry, he enjoys keeping active, spending time with family and friends, and continuing to expand his clinical expertise.

He graduated with a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD)degree from Plovdiv Medical University in Bulgaria, achieving an exceptional 90% average in his final exams.

Sam provides a comprehensive range of treatments, including restorative dentistry, endodontics, extractions, and prosthodontics, with a particular interest in aesthetic and restorative care. He combines clinical precision with an artistic eye to deliver natural, confident smiles.

Known for his calm, reassuring manner, Sam is passionate about patient-centred care, ensuring every visit is comfortable, transparent, and tailored to each individual’s needs.

Fluent in English, Arabic, and Bulgarian, he enjoys connecting with patients from diverse backgrounds. Outside of dentistry, Sam is a keen basketball player, enjoys going to the gym, travelling, and exploring new cuisines — always bringing curiosity, warmth, and energy to everything he does.

Having previously served as Head of Dental Units and Medical Director in major healthcare centres overseas, Wisam has extensive experience in preventive, restorative, and periodontal care, as well as in dental practice management.

Known for his calm professionalism and meticulous approach, he provides high-quality hygiene and therapy treatments in a safe, comfortable environment. Patients appreciate his gentle technique and attention to detail, helping them achieve and maintain excellent oral health.

With over three years of clinical experience across NHS and private settings, she specialises in periodontal therapy, Airflow treatments, and patient education.

Anisha is passionate about preventive dentistry and is known for her gentle, reassuring approach — particularly with anxious patients. She takes pride in helping patients improve their oral health through personalised care and clear communication.

Outside the clinic, Anisha enjoys fitness, travel, and exploring new cuisines, bringing the same energy and curiosity to her work as she does to life.

She offers a wide range of treatments, from periodontal planning to restorations. Holly is an excellent communicator who excels at building rapport and managing dental anxiety. In her spare time, she loves hitting the gym and taking walks with her dog

She brings a wealth of experience from her background in caring professions, having previously worked as both a dental nurse and beauty therapist. Sarah is highly accomplished in her field, having won the Tepe Prize for excellence in oral health promotion and the Genesis Dental Hygienist/Therapist of the Year Award in 2014. She also acts as a Clinical Advisor, providing training to improve oral hygiene awareness. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys running, yoga, and weight training.

 A former Gold Medalist in football and a National Hockey Tournament semifinalist, he understands the value of discipline and teamwork. Professionally, he excels in restorative dentistry and oral health promotion. Outside of the practice, Yousuf is a creative tech enthusiast who enjoys photography, videography, and hiking.

As our Lead Nurse and Treatment Coordinator, she combines her clinical expertise with a strong background in patient management. Leah holds a Level 3 Diploma in Dental Nursing and a BDA Education Certificate in Radiography. Her clinical skillset is extensive, covering orthodontic support, iTero scanning, and implant nursing. Leah is dedicated to ensuring high clinical standards while ensuring the surgery runs efficiently

With a background in the British Army, Holly brings exceptional discipline, focus, and resilience to her role, along with a natural ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure.

She is passionate about learning and developing her clinical skills, always approaching each day with enthusiasm and a strong commitment to patient care. Her positive attitude and excellent teamwork make her a valued member of the Southwell Dental Care team.

Outside of work, Holly enjoys fitness, running, and spending time with family and friends — qualities that reflect her energetic and well-balanced approach to both her professional and personal life.

With a background in Psychology and experience as a Support Worker and Domiciliary Carer, she is highly skilled in providing compassionate, person-centred care. Emma has a special interest in mental health support, having volunteered with MIND to assist with running groups and motivating attendees. Her experience supporting end-of-life patients and those with dementia allows her to offer a calming presence for anxious dental patients.

She ensures every visit runs smoothly — from the first point of contact through to aftercare — offering calm, reassuring support to both patients and the clinical team.

With a degree in Nutrition, Megan brings a thoughtful, holistic understanding of health and wellbeing to her role. She is passionate about helping patients feel informed, supported, and confident in their care at every stage of their dental journey.

Annalise is known for her friendly, approachable nature and her genuine passion for delivering exceptional service with a smile. She takes pride in ensuring every patient feels valued and cared for from the moment they walk through the door.

Having progressed from a Lead Dental Nurse position, she has a comprehensive understanding of both the clinical and operational sides of dentistry, including sedation, implants, and orthodontics. Soraya oversees the day-to-day running of the practice, ensuring strict CQC compliance, managing HR, and overseeing financial operations to maintain our high standards of care.
