Had my tooth out 2 years ago and finally decided to have an implant. It went really well with no pain and am really pleased with the result and being able to eat on both sides of my mouth. I would definitely recommend it as Jas and Leah were great.

First visit with Rawand today and I came away genuinely impressed. She took her time, explained everything she was doing and what she'd found, and managed to make the whole thing straightforward and easy to understand without drowning me in dental terminology. She also talked me through the dental plan and explained it brilliantly. I signed up there and then, not because I felt I was being sold something, but because she'd explained properly what was included, how it worked and why it made sense. Rawand is obviously extremely knowledgeable and very good at what she does, but just as importantly she's a genuinely lovely person. She's calm, friendly and easy to talk to, and there was never any sense of being rushed through an appointment. She made sure I understood everything and was happy before moving on. The practice itself is also seriously impressive. It's beautifully presented, very polished and doesn't really feel like walking into a dentist at all – it looks more like a high-end beauty spa. Everyone I met was friendly and welcoming and the whole place feels extremely well run without being stuffy or overly clinical. For a first visit to a new dentist, I really couldn't have asked for much more. I left feeling properly looked after, completely clear about what happens next and very confident that I'm in good hands. Genuinely brilliant.

On entering the clinic the atmosphere was very calming, almost like entering a spa. As I am a very nervous patient this spa approach is a very big hit with me 10/10

Staff is very friendly and takes their time and full attention during appointments. The only downside I can note is that your appointment usually starts at least 10mins after your scheduled time

I always have a lovely experience when I visit Southwell Dental Care. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The waiting area and rooms are all very comfy, modern and well designed. The team at reception are very warm and welcoming. Karen in particular was very helpful with sorting all my appointments today. Would recommend to anyone wanting a pleasant dental care experience.

Punctual timings and pleasant calm approach and surroundings, my hygienist very thorough and informative tending with care. Some dental work can err on the costly side as you can be guided towards the private treatment option. You get what you pay for. Summarising is that the practice is a vast improvement on the previous one. I can recommend this dental surgery and it is up to the individual which options they choose.
