Being removed from the list at a time when you were vulnerable and being cautious about your health, and then feeling you had to push to be believed, sounds really distressing. I’m also sorry that our recent email asking for a review landed the way it did. That clearly wasn’t appropriate given what you’d been through, and we’ll be reviewing how those messages are sent. I wanted to let you know that Southwell Dental Care came under new ownership in April 2025, and it is now run by Dr Jyoti Parmar. We weren’t involved at the time you describe, but we take what you’ve said seriously and want to learn from it.
