“I’ve been a patient of Southwell Dental Care for many years now, and since Jyoti Parmar took over there’s been a transformation. My new dentist, (Wisam) is absolutely brilliant, and is everything you’d expect a dentist would be. I saw him for the first time about a month ago And we discussed a plan to move forward with my teeth, and the two occasions I’ve seen him since has been the best I’ve felt about my teeth upon leaving any dentists surgery. I wish this take over had happened five years ago.”

After coming back to the practice since the new owners have taken over, I was greeted with the smiley receptionist on arrival.
Met a nice lady who explained my treatment thoroughly and with options.
Feel happy to return next week.
Further treatment For a emergency filling, I was talked through the process of a temporary filling and explained treatment for this in the future.
Was reassured and listened to.

Outstanding care and support from Admin Staff right through to the outstanding Sam B dentist. I entered the building feeling uncomfortable, and left with a big smile on my face. I was seen ahead of my appointment time and Sam and Dental Nurse colleague worked on my problem with aplomb, with great reassurance and good humour. A genuine 5 star service for an NHS patient. Didn’t have to wait long. My dentist spoke to me and explained everything she did. I’ve had gaps in my teeth for year. No other dentist has spoke to me about having a plate fitted. She explained all my options very pleased with my check up.

Booked a last minute appointment as my son was suffering from tooth ache and it was becoming unbearable for him. Rawand Juma went above and beyond to provide my son with the best care, warmth, understanding and patience. My son has additional needs and I never thought he would be able to cope with having a filling done. Rawand made the impossible, possible and my son is out of pain. It is life changing for families when professionals can engage and care for children with additional needs.

My husband went to Southwell dental care for emergency treatment today, it’s the 1st time in around 20 years since he’s been to a dentist. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly and as soon as he went in he was immediately put at ease by the dentist Dr Jyoti Parmar and nurse Leah, they were both so lovely.
